i’ve been thinking a lot lately about how to nourish myself with whole and real foods in the midst of a busy schedule. So far i have come up with the freezer! this would also combat my desire to use what i have and not throw away things un-necessarily. I know a lot of friends like meal planning…so i’ve started my version, which is just a list of what i could prepare, ingredients needed, what can be frozen…and i’ve been reading some of my favorite real food blogs to get different ideas and keep up on the latest. I like to call this little project, modern nourishing…because Nourishing Traditions is amazing, has wonderful recipes and information…but the times have changed, and that is why processed/packaged food is so marketable…i want to be able to live well in a fast paced world, and still eat real food.
